Slim Coach by MYTRAK Monitors Activity

Each day, all your activity adds up. But how much is the total of all your activity? It’s not easy to figure out what all that walking and hustling means without some help. The NBC show “The Biggest Loser” deployed Slim Coach to give those daily totals to participants. Now The Biggest Loser Slim Coach, powered by MYTRAK technology is available for you to track your daily activity.

The Biggest Loser Slim Coach, powered by MYTRAK will be in Costco and Best Buy locations on January 2. That’s just in time to start your New Year’s resolutions.

The handheld device is smaller than most cell phones and alerts you to your activity levels. It’ll tell you when you have an active day, or when you need to take another few laps to keep up the pace to a healthy lifestyle.

    Hi Everyone

You can order the Slim Coach online from our website http://www.mytrak.com and choose Buy Now on the upper right corner.

      Mike,

Why don’t you offer Paypal as a payment option? It is much easier to purchase items over a couple hundred dollars(with all of the additional options) with Paypal because they have payment plan options. Just a suggestion – I think more people would be interested in they knew that they could pay with Paypal. There are lots of unemployed people right now and students that still would like to lose weight!

Hello. I’m thinking of getting the Slim Coach…but what I can’t figure out (and maybe I’d have to see it in action to really “get it”) is how caloric intake is factored in. As we all know (too well!), you can exercise all you want, but if – at the end of the day – your caloric intake was more than your output through exercise, you won’t lose weight. Any idea how that part factors in…if it does? Thank you!

    Hi Kyla–
The MYTRAK SlimCoach comes with a one-year subscription to the MYTRAK fitness program. This program includes My Pyramid and other nutrition plans to help you determine the foods and proportions to eat. With that, you log your food intake, which becomes part of the profile on your SlimCoach when you sync. I hope this helps.

Any chance a device can be developed independent from an online subscription. I just want a divide – not a life line. I purchased a bodybugg but found I didn’t need the online help or expense.

hello, from what i understand it is a red light that you need to watch through out the day for it to turn green then the rest of it is done online so i do not believe not hearing will be a problem at all. hope that this was helpful for you

Thanks for jumping in with a response, Sandy.
